BID create small, focused teams to deliver each campaign undertaken. Headed by a highly experienced Account Manager, all campaigns are focused on delivering against the agreed client objectives, and ensuring that the clients reporting and analysis requirements are met.

All opportunity is recorded into BID’s purpose built CRM system that allows for sophisticated reporting on all campaign metrics (unless the client prefers work to be delivered into their own CRM systems). Reporting can therefore reflect precise client requirements both for opportunity tracking but also data analysis and key account profiling. Reports can be self generated from bespoke portals to reflect individual client requirements, with all opportunity forwarded to the client on a daily basis.

Campaign propositions are tested and validated on an ongoing basis, ensuring that objectives are met. Regular review calls / meetings are scheduled ensuring management oversight of all aspects of the campaign and enabling intelligence generated from each call to influence future activity.

Most importantly, a direct link is created between the Account Team (and specifically the telemarketer) and the Sales / Consultants that will follow up that activity. This ensures all opportunity goes through a formal hand over process enabling the client to extract the maximum value from each opportunity generated.

Finally, BID’s terms are such that the client has full control over activity undertaken with BID needing to earn the right to undertake the next days calling, let alone the next week or month.
